Cancellation Policy

Some services are listed at per hour rates for a 2-person team. Odd Job Squad will try in earnest to complete service requests within the original reserved time allotment. However, customer acknowledges that depending on the complexity of service requested that more time may be necessary to complete request than originally reserved. Team members will advise customer upon arrival at service address as to whether or not in their professional assessment, service request can be completed in allotted time. Customer reserves the right to deny extra time for services but, agrees that time limitations can potentially result in incompletion of services. Should customer refuse to approve time extension and corresponding additional payment, Odd Job Squad reserves the right to discontinue work once reserved time limit is reached even if work is not complete. Customer agrees to not hold Odd Job Squad responsible for customers denial of further services.
